My opinion: How to prevent stealing the plane.

It is necessary to add system of remote control by plane in case of its capture.
It is not a difficult technical task.
Then in case of capture of the plane the terrorists may not know anything. The true indications of devices will be transferred to the ground, and for the terrorists the indication will be such, as though they really operated the plane.

It is necessary to provide hidden TV cameras in places, unknown to the crew and opportunity of submission of the somnolent gas both in passenger interior, and in a cabin of the pilots.

Naturally, the duplicating control system should be in a place inaccessible from a board of the plane.

But if we should be slightly more serious we can say - the only way to actually fight terrorism, terrorrism and terrrorrrism is to limit the election campaign funds in US to some reasonable volume, that would be just enouhg to visit all states and give some short explanations on TV once per week
